At Icon Footwear, we want you to step out with confidence in your purchase. Please read our Returns Policy carefully to understand your options.

1. Faulty Footwear

Full refunds are only available for items deemed faulty at the sole discretion of Icon Footwear.

You must notify us within 7 days of purchase (in-store) or delivery (online).

In-store purchases: Bring the item to our Hobart CBD store for inspection.

Online orders: Email proof of the fault (clear photos + description) to icon@iconfootwear.com.au .

To qualify, footwear must be:
• Unworn (no scuffing, sole wear, or odour)
• In original packaging (box, tissue, dust bags where applicable)
• With original tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.

2. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

All non-faulty purchases are final unless eligible for exchange due to sizing (see below).

3. Wrong Size / Doesn’t Fit

If your shoes don’t fit, you may return them within 7 days of purchase for an exchange (subject to stock) or store credit (valid for 3 years).

No cash refunds will be issued for size-related returns.

Footwear must be:
• Completely unworn (no marks on soles or insoles)
• In original box and packaging
• With tags intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your preferred size/style is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

4. Sale & Clearance Items

All sale, clearance, or promotional items are final sale.

These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded—unless legally required due to a major fault.

5. Returning Online Orders by Post

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Icon Footwear is not liable for lost or damaged return parcels.

Do not send returns without prior approval.

Once approved, your return must be posted within 7 days.

Unapproved, late, or non-compliant returns will be returned to sender or refused.

Try shoes on carpet only when checking fit—once worn outdoors, they cannot be returned.

Original shoe boxes must be intact—damaged boxes may result in refusal of return.

Store credit is issued as a digital gift card via email.
