For the last 25 years it has been our mission to bring good footwear to Hobart. From humble beginnings with only a few styles of Birkenstocks we gradually extended our range of quality shoe brands with a focus on products with a conscience. Our manufacturers in Europe have in common a sense of social responsibilities and environmental sustainability.
We offer an in-house repair service for the 2 brands that supply us with genuine soles and other spare parts. Our staff is product-wise and will happily assist you in finding the right shoes. We don’t do power selling.
Icon Footwear is 100% Tasmanian owned and operated.

I went into Icon Footwear today and got amazing service, despite walking in half an hour before closing. The staff member who assisted me was in the middle of something else but stopped their task to see if I needed any assistance and then spent the next twenty minutes helping me find a shoe that suited my needs.
